Established Finance publishes information to help you understand funding options. We don't lend money or arrange finance ourselves. We're an introducer. If we introduce you to a partner, that partner's own terms apply to the actual facility, not ours. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed offer.

What this site is for
The content on this site is general information about business finance facilities, published to help established UK businesses understand where a facility might fit. It is not personal financial advice, and using this site does not create an advisory relationship between you and Established Finance.
We are an introducer, not a lender
Established Finance does not lend money and does not hold credit broking permission. Where we introduce you to a funding partner, that introduction is made to a named, appropriately regulated or authorised partner, and any facility is arranged and provided by that partner under its own terms, not ours. We do not charge you for an introduction; where we're paid, it's disclosed in full on our How We Are Funded page.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep figures (rates, ranges, timelines) sourced and dated, but lending markets move. Anything you read on this site is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, and should be confirmed directly with a lender or with the partner we introduce you to before you rely on it.
Eligibility
This site is aimed at established UK businesses. Nothing on it should be read as an offer to any individual or business that doesn't meet a facility's actual eligibility criteria, which are set by the lender or the partner we introduce you to, not by us.
Third-party links
This site links to lenders, data sources, and other third parties. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of websites we don't operate.
Intellectual property
The text, data, and design on this site belong to Muswell Rose Consulting Ltd or its licensors. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute it as your own without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Established Finance is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This does not affect any liability that a partner we introduce you to has to you directly in connection with the services they provide.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of England & Wales.
